Global Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and drive growth across India. As a key member of our team, you will oversee sales operations, build relationships with distributors and retailers, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
About the Role:Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve national sales targets.
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of zonal sales managers and regional sales teams across the country.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
● Drive the expansion of Nutrabay's presence across traditional and modern trade channels.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
● Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
● 7-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on nutraceuticals, sports nutrition, or related categories.
● Proven track record of managing sales across multiple zones (North, South, East, West) and achieving targets.
● Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
● Strong understanding of the sports nutrition, vitamins, and supplements market.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
● Willingness to travel extensively as required.
