Global Mobility Sales Director

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to lead our commercial efforts in a designated country or cluster. As a National Sales Manager with Santa Fe Relocation, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue, account retention, profitability, and growth within your region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and achieve personal sales targets while motivating your team to meet their objectives.
- Manage country/cluster corporate sales revenues and Agent/Inside Sales revenue as applicable.
- Develop and implement account-specific strategies to maximize revenue potential.
- Coach, mentor, and develop your team to maximize individual and team performance.
- A minimum of 5 years sales management experience.
- Strong sales management background and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including HR, Procurement, Finance, and Talent teams.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Experience working with consulting firms and selling complex supply chain solutions is a plus.
