Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our sales teams
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience in sales training and development
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
