Global Sales Director for Business Development

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to lead our business development efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new business and expand existing client relationships.
  • Leverage industry expertise to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads with rigor.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet shared objectives around profitable client retention and expansion.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in travel sales and client management, preferably in a traditional TMC.
  • Bachelor's Degree and preferably an MBA in Sales & Marketing.
  • Excellent customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Compensation:

Estimated salary range: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Work Environment:

The position will be based in Mumbai, with frequent travel required to meet clients and attend industry events.
