Banquet Sales Manager
We are seeking a skilled and organized Banquet Sales Manager to provide exceptional banquet experiences for our clients at the Dee Marks Hotel & Resorts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for liaising with the banquet sales director and head chef to meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control the cost and quality of services, preparing the venue for events.
- Coordinate the service of meals, ensuring seamless execution.
- Discuss sales contract details with the banquet sales director and head chef.
- Plan the venue layout according to the number of guests and event type.
- Determine the number of table waiters and servers required.
Requirements:
- Accredited certificate or diploma in catering, culinary arts, hospitality, or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality and culinary arts preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in banquet management or similar.
- Proficiency in catering management software.
- Exceptional planning, budgeting, and time management skills.
