Banquet Sales Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Sales Manager to join our team at Tivoli Grand Resort Hotel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our banquet facilities to potential clients and exceeding their expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to promote our banquet services.
  • Coordinate all aspects of banquet events, including menu planning, audio-visual requirements, and room setup.
  • Work closely with our culinary team to create customized menus for events.
  • Ensure seamless event execution through effective communication and coordination with event staff.
  • Conduct post-event follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
