Amazon is seeking highly skilled Investigation Specialists to join the FBA Seller Experience team within the Supply Chain & Optimization Technology organization. As an Investigation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Amazon's Global Supply Chain process by conducting investigative research and resolving Seller disputes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage time effectively to research Seller discrepancy requests and resolve issues.
- Communicate with Sellers and FBA business partners using clear and professional oral and written communication.
- Document investigation outcomes with Sellers in a succinct and reliable method.
- Conduct multiple investigations daily to resolve disputes and utilize Excel.
- Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon Sellers, including escalation of Seller issues.
- Maintain accountability to attendance, productivity, and quality expectations while adapting to changing business requirements.
- Provide root cause resolution for FBA Seller and Customer issues.
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Experience in payments or e-commerce is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in a contact center environment.
- Ability to handle multiple key priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with fraud or risk investigations, or in payments/banking.
- Knowledge of FBA and Seller Central.
