We are seeking a skilled Investigation Specialist to join our VOD (Voice of Drivers) team. As a key member of the Worldwide Flex DP Insights & Experience (WW DPIX) team, you will play a vital role in improving the experience of DPs and making their journey seamless.
The ideal candidate will be a creative, analytical, and dynamic individual with a passion for understanding customer pain points. They will have a strong technical skillset, including expertise in MS Excel, MS Word, and SQL, and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting log analysis to gather and interpret data from various sources, including station feedback forms and social media.
- Demonstrating proficiency in app bug reproduction and identifying emerging defects and risks affecting the DP experience.
- Supporting the execution of ad-hoc and high-visibility tasks related to identifying DP pain points by sourcing insights from various listening channels.
- Meeting business metrics and goals, including SLA, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks.
- Maintaining records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
- Meeting predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
- Contributing to project improvement ideas, if applicable.
- Proactively raising issues or alarms to manager or stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics.
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience with SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing advanced data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Previous hands-on experience within the logistics or e-commerce industry.
- Strong communication skills.
