This Senior-level position oversees the development and execution of strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving revenue targets through strategic client partnerships and exceptional leadership skills to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue targets

- Lead and manage the client services team to ensure exceptional service delivery

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and anticipating new opportunities

- Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs and market trends

- Oversee the development and implementation of client account plans and ensure successful execution

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within client management, preferably in a B2B environment

- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth through strategic client partnerships

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and senior executives

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
