We are seeking an Executive Director of Licensing and Partnerships to join our team at Om Bridge Sai. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing licensing and partnering strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in business development, preferably in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. A Ph.D., MD, MBA, JD, or other advanced degree is preferred. They will need to have a strong understanding of the drug discovery and development process and broad knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry.

The Executive Director will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new opportunities, building and analyzing detailed business plans and financial models, and negotiating contracts. They will also be responsible for managing post-contract activities and ad-hoc requirements.

Our estimated salary range for this position is $280,000 - $380,000 per year, based on location and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
