The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer support and ensure our customers' satisfaction. As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat.
  • Monitoring customer complaints on social media and offering assistance.
  • Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions.
  • Multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Providing excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
Responsibilities

You'll be handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary. You'll also be working closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role. Familiarity with the E-commerce industry is a plus. You'll also need strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of ₹4,50,000 per year, along with benefits such as work-from-office options and rotational off days. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Location and Shift

We're located on Sohna Road, Gurgaon, sector 47. The shift timings are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with 5.5 days of working and rotational off days.
