The Head of Sales and Client Acquisition will lead the sales team in expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets by driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and channel management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership

The Head of Sales will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Channel Development

This involves creating and managing a robust network of B2B and B2C sales channels to drive sales and increase market penetration.

  • Client Engagement

The Head of Sales will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing expert advice on insurance products, risk assessment, and policy coverage.

  • Operational Excellence

This includes efficiently generating insurance quotes, submitting sales documentation and reports, and adhering to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
