We are a leading company in the industry, seeking an experienced Head - SaaS Sales Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-performing sales and developing new markets.

Job Description

The Strategic Sales Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our SaaS products in India and internationally. This role requires a strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a highly skilled sales team capable of achieving aggressive revenue targets.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new market segments and geographic regions, with a focus on India initially and international expansion in the future.
  • C customer Acquisition: Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close complex sales deals with key decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring that it is well-managed and progressing towards closure.
  • Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance / commerce / CA or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and best practices.
  • Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Pas-sion for technology and innovation.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 25,00,000 - ₹ 40,00,000 per annum

Location: Gurgaon- Sector - 68
