About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Fleet Management Sales Strategist to drive the adoption of our SaaS-based fleet management solutions. This role requires a professional with expertise in SaaS sales, fleet management, and B2B partnership development, along with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and nurturing high-value client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an effective SaaS sales strategy tailored to the needs of the fleet management sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales in corporate and government accounts.
  • Understand client requirements and demonstrate the value of Droom's SaaS solutions in addressing fleet management challenges.
  • Negotiate, formalize, and maintain long-term partnership agreements to support growth and align with Droom's strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong focus on fleet management, automotive, or logistics industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field; an MBA or relevant certification in SaaS sales is a plus.
  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in closing high-value SaaS deals with large enterprise clients and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and fleet management technology, with the ability to explain complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
