Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS marketer to lead our marketing efforts at Gigmo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Create and manage high-quality content (blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, etc.).
  • Build and nurture email lists to drive conversions.
  • Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns to establish thought leadership.
  • Manage social media presence and engage with the audience.
  • Set up and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success.
  • Analyze data to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS marketing or a related field is a must.
  • Proven track record of success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, channels, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Certification in marketing (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing).
