The Opportunity:
- **Job Title:** Manager - Business Development & Growth
- **Domain:** CAST (Client Acquisition & Sales Team)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, including relevant CXOs.
- Analyze industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscapes to drive sales growth through new and existing clients.
- Plan and manage business metrics and growth for assigned lines of business/regions.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners, driving revenue generation through cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective solutions and services aligned with client requirements.
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales/consultative sales, MBA preferred
- Strong understanding of market research/consulting/business intelligence industries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and close contracts independently
- Existing relationships with mid-to-large corporates across multiple sectors
- Ability to work in a team and enthusiastic about growing the business in a fast-paced start-up environment
