Sales Leadership Opportunity

Cyanous Software Private Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Head - Building Products to lead our sales efforts in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a sales team, and managing account relationships to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including building material brands, architects, and interior designers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Lead a sales team to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance as needed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership and account management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to develop business growth strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Salary Package: ₹1,800,000 - ₹2,800,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
