We have partnered with the NSE Academy, a subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange, to provide comprehensive financial and stock market training. Additionally, we conduct investor awareness programs in collaboration with the National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX). We also offer National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) Certification Examination prep courses and mock exams for participants.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities through lead follow-ups and research on target clients.
  • Generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING CLIENTS.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Building the sales funnel through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
  • Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
  • Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
  • Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
  • Delivering effective sales skills trainings to the sales teams.
  • Coaching sales teams and helping them apply training content to real-life situations.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a B2B Account Management or Programme Manager role, ideally within the Education industry.
  • You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of high standard.
