The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key customers and industry partners, and representing the company at industry events.

A good understanding of product development and technical manufacturing processes is crucial, as is the ability to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities. The successful candidate will also oversee the sales budget, forecasts, and performance reports, providing regular updates to senior management.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments. The ideal candidate will have a keen business sense, with the ability to find creative solutions to problems and prepare effective reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is proficiency in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Oversee the sales budget, forecasts, and performance reports.
