Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients across various industries.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service delivery.
  • Tie-ups and Partnerships: Identify opportunities for strategic tie-ups and partnerships with new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and partnerships that align with the company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of partnership initiatives.
  • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives: Research and identify companies engaged in CSR activities, particularly those targeting PSUs.
  • Establish connections and engage with CSR decision-makers to explore partnership opportunities.
  • Develop proposals and presentations highlighting the benefits of collaborating on CSR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management roles.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
