Key Responsibilities:

We seek a Strategic Business Development Manager to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, create client proposals, manage key accounts, and craft communication strategies that drive results.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster strong ties with clients.
  • Experience in business development and account management, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • A deep understanding of CSR and sustainability practices, ensuring alignment with our values and goals.
  • The ability to conduct market analysis, identify new business opportunities, and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, leveraging diverse skill sets to achieve common objectives.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating your expertise in the industry.
  • Experience working with NGOs and non-profit organizations is a significant plus, as it showcases your adaptability and commitment to social causes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex challenges and find innovative solutions.

What We Offer:

In addition to a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, we provide a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
