The Role

As a Strategic Business Development Manager at Empirical F&M Academy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets, while also maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted research and lead generation activities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Building and maintaining a robust sales funnel through effective lead generation and qualification strategies.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases to track lead generation, sales performance, and client interactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a B2B Account Management or Programme Manager role, preferably within the Education industry.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret numerical data and make informed decisions.
  • A high attention to detail, ensuring work of the highest standard is consistently delivered.
