We are a leading manufacturing company based in Mumbai, India. Our client is seeking a strategic business development manager to collaborate with the Executive Management team and contribute to the advancement of our business growth.

About the Role:

This role involves driving initiatives across 5 verticals within the organization, including market entry, product launches, expansion efforts, and the establishment of new ventures. The individual will also be responsible for driving execution rigor within the organization by setting up scalable processes and systems, conducting efficient business reviews, and working closely with the Managing Director on improving business performance.

The primary goal of this role is to cultivate a talent pool of Young Leaders who can assume larger roles within the organization and eventually become P&L Leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically oversee and evaluate the progress of key deliverables among team members, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Spearhead cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency across departments such as HR, marketing, production, IT, and logistics
  • Take a proactive approach to follow-ups and task updates, fostering a culture of accountability and progress
  • Design and implement streamlined processes to drive efficiency in high-impact activities such as reviews, meetings, and communication channels
  • Actively contribute to strategic planning sessions, performance evaluations, and comprehensive business reviews, leveraging insights to inform decision-making processes
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners, fostering strong relationships to drive mutual success
Requirements:

  • MBA (Operations Management/Sales & Marketing)

We are looking for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in relevant roles, preferably in EA/Chief of Staff to Director or CEO, Strategy Team, or Manufacturing Operations. The ideal candidate should have worked in a B2B sales environment and possess strong strategic thinking skills to navigate diverse workplace scenarios and devise solutions.

A competitive salary ranging from ₹1200000 to ₹1800000 per annum is offered to successful candidates. In addition, we provide excellent organizational skills, meticulous planning, and methodical approach, along with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, attention to detail, and adeptness at multitasking.
