Strategic Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Tata AIA Life Insurance as a Strategic Business Development Manager, where you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, team management, and campaign management. You will be responsible for formulating and driving business plans for various business lines, collaborating with stakeholders to align processes and maximize efficiency, and tracking and driving business plans through input parameters and partnering with field teams.
In this role, you will work closely with the IDFC Bank HO team and other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You will also be responsible for launching and driving R&R initiatives, gathering field feedback, and optimizing processes to improve extractions and efficiency metrics.
We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, who can think logically, structurally, and clearly. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, creative thinking, supervising, teamwork, influencing, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and team management, preferably within the BFSI or business consulting sector, is required. The candidate should have experience working closely with distribution channels and cross-functional teams.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately ₹65 lakh per annum, depending on location, along with opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
