Key Responsibilities- Understanding customer needs and delivering solutions to address their concerns

- Developing healthy opportunities, connecting with customers, and providing the right solutions
- Selling values to customers, not just chemicals; defining ROI models for customers
- Identifying new and innovative opportunities to promote Veolia WTS and tracking market trends, new technologies, and competition strategies
- Maintaining and updating market search and sales reports
- Developing sales with existing customers through handling new enquiries and negotiation
- Regular visits to potential customers and maintaining relationships (Upsell)
- Ensuring timely dispatch/execution of customer orders, providing customer support, and service after sales
- Assisting management in planning, selling products, and coordinating promotional events and campaigns or connecting with the right customers
- Developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory
- Interfacing with internal departments as needed
- Handling service teams and instructing them to execute orders technically well
- Maintaining records related to EHS, payments, dispatches, and customer communications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Origination
- BE/B.Tech (Chem) or Science postgraduate from an accredited university or college
The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and flexible work arrangements.
