Sales and Business Development Manager

Vetrotech Saint-Gobain is a leading manufacturer of fire protection solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing high-value key accounts and developing new market segments.
Main Responsibilities- Identify and meet with key architects, contractors, and builders to present our products and provide detailed information.
- Demonstrate excellence by implementing sales and marketing operations that create positive experiences for clients.
- Secure high-value key accounts through consultative selling and effective customer relationship management.
- Create and develop new market segments for business expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Establish a positive work environment that fosters team performance with excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
