Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing account base
  • To manage end-to-end account management cycles, including presentation, commercial negotiation, and merchant onboarding
  • To develop and negotiate contracts with merchants, ensuring seamless integration with business operations
  • To be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • To protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality
  • To achieve set revenue targets through effective sales and business development strategies


Eligibility Criteria:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:

Proven sales/account management experience in retail/hospitality/F&B aggregators/retail POS/software sales & ERP systems for 1-4 years
