Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • BUILD strong relationships with key clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Qualifications
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing or Hotel Management.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in the wellness industry is highly desirable.
Salary

The salary for this position is ₹15,00,000 per annum, based on experience.
