We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in India. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen our market presence.
About the Role:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and market insights to inform future strategies.
Your Profile:
- Possess at least 7-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets, expanding customer bases, and driving business growth.
- Hold a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
