We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager - Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

About the Role

  2. Responsible for the sales of our products in assigned regions.">
  3. Follow up with prospective clients to close deals in coordination with Purchase / Technical follow-up Teams.">
  4. Retain existing customers by providing solutions for their customized requirements.">
  5. Develop new customers through calls and other marketing strategies.">
  6. Formulate business development strategies to grow sales in assigned regions.">
  7. Analyze competitors' product and marketing moves to refine strategies.">
  8. Set and meet sales targets.">
  9. Frequent traveling within assigned territories and building key relationships with customers.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering.">
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred.">
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.">
  • Professional customer service skills.">
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.">
  • Able to multitask with excellent follow-up skills.">
  • Accountable for work and customer satisfaction.">

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
