">We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager - Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

- Responsible for the sales of our products in assigned regions.">
- Follow up with prospective clients to close deals in coordination with Purchase / Technical follow-up Teams.">
- Retain existing customers by providing solutions for their customized requirements.">
- Develop new customers through calls and other marketing strategies.">
- Formulate business development strategies to grow sales in assigned regions.">
- Analyze competitors' product and marketing moves to refine strategies.">
- Set and meet sales targets.">
- Frequent traveling within assigned territories and building key relationships with customers.">
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering.">
- 1-2 years of experience preferred.">
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.">
- Professional customer service skills.">
- Strong time management and organizational skills.">
- Able to multitask with excellent follow-up skills.">
- Accountable for work and customer satisfaction.">
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
