TMI Sales Manager

Job Description:
Integrated Services and Consultancy seeks an experienced TMI Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of test and measuring instruments and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key customers and principal partners.
- Interface with principal partners to propose business plans, build forecast plans, and report on progress.
- Own committed target numbers and maintain healthy business relationships with principal representatives.
- Drive marketing campaigns to identify suitable marketing forums, propose marketing budgets, and execute marketing plans.
- Interface and work seamlessly with dedicated technical support managers to achieve product portfolio objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years' of sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the test and measuring instrument industry.
- Knowledge of TMI equipment and technical specifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
