About Our Team

We are a dynamic team at Integrated Services and Consultancy, seeking a talented Sales Manager for Test and Measuring Instruments to join our Bengaluru office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets for our TMI partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Identify and create new market opportunities
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key and strategic customers
  • Help with talent acquisition and mentor team members to achieve individual and team objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in sales, preferably in the test and measuring instrument industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in sales, with knowledge of TMI equipment and technical specifications
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

Estimated Salary: ₹20-30 lakhs per annum
