Business Development Director for Enterprise Sales

Mancer Consulting Services is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our enterprise sales efforts in the India market.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional with 14+ years of sales experience in Information Services and/or software industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling digital solution-based software/SaaS based products and growing penetration in segment through sales strategy, developing and nurturing relationships, articulating value proposition of solution for customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive growth and expansion for enterprise segment for sales of Key Digital Solution in India Market; achieving Sales Target set through sales representatives aligned to organization objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership, overseeing Field Sales Managers/Senior Field Sales Managers and their teams, driving overall performance and accountability across the group.
- Leverage channel sales strategies, and marketing outreach to drive expansion and outreach.
- 14+ years of sales experience in Information Services and/or software industry.
- Proven track record in selling digital solution-based software/SaaS based products and growing penetration in segment through sales strategy, developing and nurturing relationships, articulating value proposition of solution for customers.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1200000 - ₹1500000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
