About the Role

This full-time on-site role for an Application Support Team Lead at Eleserv Softech Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru requires strong technical expertise in application support, including troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.

We are seeking a Technical Support Services Manager who will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, problem management, and ensuring strong analytical skills are applied to support applications and systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems.
  • Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.
  • Communicate proposed work plans to senior management and application support team.
  • Document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses.
  • Prioritize multiple, open issues.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices, with 2-4 years of experience in leading and managing technical teams. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
