We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist - IT Service Management to join our team in Bangalore, India. This role is responsible for managing customer interactions and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer interactions and resolving technical issues via phone, chat, or email;
  • Identifying and troubleshooting problems using internal instructions and knowledge management tools;
  • Providing technical guidance to customers on IT policies, capabilities, and limitations;
  • Screening, referring, and diagnosing internal inquiries and work requests;
  • Participating in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers and departments within the organization.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university education, preferably in a technical field or with Microsoft certifications;
  • Awareness of Microsoft Operating Systems local and Hybrid administration and Microsoft Office family applications;
  • Experience in providing Hybrid IT support is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Fluency in English language;
  • Flexibility to work shifts if required.
