As the Head of B2B SaaS Revenue Growth at LEO1, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in selling financial or educational software, and will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the B2B market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Present and demonstrate the value of LEO1's SaaS solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a reputable institution.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on SaaS products.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in selling financial or educational software is essential.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year
