About the Role

This is a critical position for the EU 3P Compliance team at ADCI HYD 13 SEZ. The Compliance Services team aims to transform the way Sellers can fulfill their Compliance obligations in the EU. We are seeking a seasoned account/sales manager to develop and scale best-in-class stories about our services.

This person will tell compelling stories to Sellers (big and small) to educate them about our services and drive the adoption of various compliance programs. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail and passion for data, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage compliance sales/on-boarding pipeline, mix of high value accounts while executing sales strategies to deliver results that will exceed aggressive output goals.
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the senior management teams of existing accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Own a Seller interaction to drive compliance program adoption while supporting them throughout the funnel.
  • Influence a team of account/sales representatives and drive key performance/program goals.
  • Develop sales pitch/knowledge materials to help understand the importance of compliance and enable the team to succeed in their role.
  • Design and implement self-service reporting solutions that enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
  • Reactively and proactively develop and execute strategic analyses that provide important insight into the business.
  • Monitor existing metrics and partner with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
  • Build and manage an active sales pipeline to ensure that revenue targets will be met.
  • Drive definition of sales processes, pipelines, goals, and reporting to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce in sales/account management/category
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
  • Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
