About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Lead to join our Seller Growth Programs team in Hyderabad, India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and scaling best-in-class sales strategies to drive the adoption of our compliance programs among Sellers in the EU and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage compliance sales and onboarding pipelines, focusing on high-value accounts and executing sales strategies to deliver exceptional results.
  • Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within senior management teams of existing accounts, as well as internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Own Seller interactions to drive compliance program adoption, supporting them throughout the funnel.
  • Influence a team of account/sales representatives and drive key performance/program goals.
  • Develop sales pitch/knowledge materials to help understand the importance of compliance and enable the team to succeed in their roles.
  • Design and implement self-service reporting solutions that enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
  • Reactively and proactively develop and execute strategic analyses that provide important insights into the business.
  • Monitor existing metrics and partner with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
  • Build and manage an active sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Drive definition of sales processes, pipelines, goals, and reporting to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce in sales/account management/category.
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills experience.
  • Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights.
