Senior Program Manager, Seller Fees Strategy Lead

About the Role
The Senior Program Manager, Seller Fees Strategy Lead will work closely with Fee Strategy, Product, Tech, and Operations teams to drive Fee Strategy within key workstreams such as go to market and fee incentives. This role requires a self-starter who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management.
The ideal candidate will have experience in program or project management, using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements. They will own program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive Fee Strategy
- Collaborate with Fee Strategy Product Managers to understand business requirements
- Solve complex problems independently
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and identify relevant KPIs to track and report program health
- Plan resourcing, analyze, and report weekly and monthly metrics; identify trends and opportunities to improve processes
- Execute high-priority projects to improve operations performance
- Design and implement automation solutions to remove manual processes and enable stakeholders to manage the business more effectively
A Day in the Life
- Participate in a BRD review for an annual fee change
- Review metrics on fee incentive programs with business stakeholders
- Manage a Seller escalation
- Develop a working backwards plan for Seller communications related to a fee policy change
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
