About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our Catalog Services team at ADCI HYD 13 SEZ. As a key member of our International Seller Services organization, you will be responsible for enabling resolution of listing blockers for Selling Partners and partner internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish scalable processes to execute/manage programs
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to define/implement initiatives
  • Develop mechanisms to collect/surface voice of Sellers, product improvement ideas and influence product team to prioritize them in roadmap
  • Contribute to developing a 3-year vision and roadmap for the team
  • Manage staffing/schedules, quality and Change/Kaizen initiatives
  • Write documents, own and drive monthly/weekly business reviews with stakeholders WW
  • Lead, coach and mentor team through regular one-on-ones that focus on improving performance metrics and career growth
  • Participate in hiring/building the team & raising the bar in hiring

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English with the ability to face stakeholders and partners in a professional and mature manner
  • Experience in program management or Catalog systems/processes in the consumer Internet space
  • B.Tech/M.Tech with post qualification experience of 7+ yrs
  • Proven ability to manage reporting and analysis
  • Ability to work with IT systems, understand and work with SQL/DW
  • Comfort in rolling up sleeves to perform quantitative analysis and reach sound conclusions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage a group of people
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a positive Seller/customer experience
  • Ability to support Business and provide solutions to Seller/customer pain points
  • Ability to adapt well to changing circumstances, direction and strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • M.B.A from top tier B-school having relevant people management experience
  • Experience working directly with technical teams
  • Strong time-management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple, competing priorities

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of team management experience
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in e-commerce/Hi-tech/Retail industry or management consulting with focus on one of these industries
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • B.Tech/M.Tech with post qualification experience of 7+ yrs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of data mining using SQL
