About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our Seller Management team at Hyderabad. As an Account Manager, International Seller Growth, you will be responsible for driving seller growth and providing support to our selling partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit sellers onto various programs and manage seller relationships by championing their needs at Amazon.
  • Manage and drive the growth of sellers' businesses by adding selection and delivering on key business opportunities for sellers.
  • Manage key improvement initiatives and projects, including new product launches and relationship extensions by collaborating with the business development and on-boarding teams.
  • Work with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.
  • Identify specific prospects/partners to approach, communicate the specific value proposition for their business, and establish long-term, successful partnerships.
  • Track and report performance using appropriate metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
  • Must be curious to learn querying data using SQL and Advance Excel to independently report and present metrics.
A Day in the Life

Drive greater selection and revenue for Amazon through seller growth initiatives. Work with stakeholders from multiple regions to streamline and deliver the business impact intended from the role. Explore areas to improve our processes and work with high autonomy and ownership. Curious to learn querying data and Advance Excel to independently report and present metrics. Present WBRs to leadership and stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
  • 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts.
  • Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms.
