Senior Program Manager, Seller Fees Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Fee Strategy team at ADCI HYD 13 SEZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering cross-functional projects, aligning with team goals, and partnering with multiple teams to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with Fee Strategy Product Managers to understand business requirements
- Solve complex problems independently and communicate regularly with stakeholders
- Plan resourcing, analyze and report weekly and monthly metrics, and identify trends and opportunities to improve processes
- Execute high-priority projects to improve operations performance and design automation solutions to remove manual processes
- Participate in Business Requirements Document (BRD) reviews for annual fee changes
- Review metrics on fee incentive programs with business stakeholders
- Manage seller escalations and develop working backwards plans for seller communications related to fee policy changes
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
