About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Amazon Seller Account Specialist to join our team at ADCI HYD 13 SEZ. As a key member of our sales growth function, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing sellers on the Amazon platform, driving their business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage a portfolio of Amazon sellers, championing their needs and driving business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase seller adoption of Amazon products and services.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and remove blockers, ensuring sellers achieve success on the platform.
  • Track and report performance metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets.

Requirements:

  • B2 level Spanish certification and excellent communication skills in written and oral English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business, with 0-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
  • Interest in e-commerce and online business, with a passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media, with a focus on account management, marketing, buying, or customer service delivery.
