Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline for multi-discipline education programs from renowned B-Schools like Wharton, Columbia, INSEAD, MIT Sloan, Berkeley, Kellogg, Cambridge-Judge & Harvard, catering to senior and top management executives.
  • Provide detailed and customized information to interested executives who inquire about comprehensive leadership development programs through phone and email.
  • Maintain real-time updates on CRM software regarding lead discussions.
  • Guide and follow up on program milestones, documentation, timelines, and payments with customers.
  • Develop best practices for customer interactions, including standard FAQs, to capture value and recommend appropriate programs.
  • Ensure adherence to the inside sales process, tools, and data management.
  • Mentor and motivate an inside sales team to achieve high enrollments for all programs.
Requirements
  • Proven inside sales/consultative Edtech experience with a consistent track record of exceeding acquisition/sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and data analysis skills.
  • Strong phone/video call presence.
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs and ensure leads move to closure.
  • Pleasantly persistent with customers and enjoy customer interaction.
  • Ability to work in a revenue-oriented and sales-focused environment.
  • Ability to work with limited direct day-to-day management.
