As a Sales Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales in the designated geographic area.

Job Description:

  • Drive B2B Sales: Acquiring new corporate clients and upselling to existing accounts.
  • Field Sales Activities: Conducting in-person lead generation and product demos.
  • Internal & External Collaboration: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Managing end-to-end sales cycles - prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Customer Service: Managing customer service for existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Education: Minimum Graduate degree.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strong customer relationship management in both virtual and field settings.
  • Age & Gender: No restriction on age or gender.

Compensation: We offer a competitive fixed salary of 3LPA plus performance-based incentives. You'll also enjoy hands-on-the-job experience with sales and free ice creams
