Business Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at ETH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales through outbound calls. Your primary goal will be to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to provide information about our properties.
  • Managing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Working closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar customer service/sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
