We are seeking highly motivated Business Development Representatives to join our team at RankBloc Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and connecting with customers through calls and form submissions.

Job Description: As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Communicate effectively with customers through calls and form submissions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with BPO sectors and ability to communicate effectively
  • Fluent English language proficiency
