Job Overview

Hiring Trendz Placement Services is seeking an experienced Business Development Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying decision makers, and initiating sales processes. They will also be tasked with penetrating targeted accounts, originating sales opportunities, and delivering presentations and product/service demonstrations on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads from given databases and identify decision makers within targeted leads.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for company products and services.
  • Demonstrate a systematic approach to follow-up with client organizations to ensure timely closure of sales pitches.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal support teams to provide exceptional service.
  • Ensure prompt payment collection in accordance with company payment terms.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plan targets.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate passion for sales.
  • Motivated individual with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in creating engaging presentations.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
