Unlock New Revenue Streams as a Campaign Manager

We're seeking an experienced Account Management Specialist to join our team at MGID, a global advertising platform helping brands reach unique local audiences at scale.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, with expertise in upselling, optimization, and retention strategies. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving performance growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Upsell: Propose new solutions and formats to increase spending and/or improve performance from current traffic campaigns.
  • Optimization: Work on internal and external optimization of active clients to achieve higher performance and better targeting of ad campaigns.
  • Retention: Reconnect with clients that stopped cooperation and continue negotiations with clients at the point of switching to another traffic provider.
Daily Tasks Include:
  • Checking daily status of all clients signed after following existing workflow rules.
  • Moderation of pending campaigns following existing workflow rules.
  • Working with clients' requests via various channels following existing workflow rules.
Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent in account management/customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of English - Upper-Intermediate.
  • Media buying experience, as well as working with Brands and Agencies preferred.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry, technologies.
  • Adtech knowledge.
  • Experience with CRM system management and Upsell records.
Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
