Business Development Manager

About the Role:
This position is responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales planning, market analysis, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assimilate and analyze information on clients, their competition, and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Create and implement plans to achieve sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and growing existing relationships
- Develop and maintain rapport with key clients and agencies, providing value-added services and support
- Participate in sales reviews and provide insights to improve sales performance
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales and Marketing
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to convince and negotiate
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with media, advertising, and client-agency businesses
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
